Olive Twist crafts fresh lunch menus that are easy to eat, hot or cold, in portion sizes that will leave you recharged for the rest of the day.

All our lunches come packed in biodegradable containers that can be eaten in any office environment and are designed to be eaten out of the box. Cutting out wash and clean up times while protecting your office equipment from the occasional food/drink mishap. If you feel the need to break out the office fine china, our meals are layered and ready to be plated.

 

Month – February Order
Week 2 / 8th- 12 February Veg Option
Curried cold chicken on brown rice, radish, corn, coriander/ Lemon buttermilk sauce. Grilled aubergine fritters with fattoush salad.
Grilled hake, baby spinach, tomato, red onion and feta/ peppadew dressing. Chickpea &  courgette burgers.
Beef short rib pita breads / cabbage slaw. Broccoli, red pepper, satay wrap.
Chicken kofta, roasted chickpea, roasted sweet potato bowl. Potato & herb croquette & beetroot salad.
Aubergine and lamb lasagne. Leek, mushroom and ricotta tart.
Week 3 / 15th-19th February Veg Option
Minestrone pasta. (veg) Grilled aubergine fritters with fattoush salad.
Roast chicken, green beans in vinaigrette, potato galette. Chickpea &  courgette burgers.
Rice noodle, beef, mint, nut, coriander, sesame, leaves. Broccoli, red pepper, satay wrap.
Fish and potato cakes / courgette & mint ribbons. Potato & herb croquette & beetroot salad.
Spicy lamb and lentil curry with brown rice and sambals. Leek, mushroom and ricotta tart.
Week 4 / 22rd-26th February  Veg Option
Lemon  chicken and quinoa & rice bowl. Grilled aubergine fritters with fattoush salad.
Rosemary, mustard sirloin with lentils, aubergine, mushroom, parmesan. Chickpea &  courgette burgers.
Couscous, sultanas & kidney beans, greens lamb kofta, tomato salsa. Broccoli, red pepper, satay wrap.
masala fish & potato curry with carrot and pineapple pickle and roties. Potato & herb croquette & beetroot salad.
Chicken, avocado, mint & pineapple salsa, prego rolls. Leek, mushroom and ricotta tart.
